Rainbow Jell-O shots

 

1/3 oz Jell-O

1 cup boiling water

1 cup alcohol

 

Dissolve Jell-O with the boiling water. Add alcohol, stir, and pour into suitable sized shot glasses, ice trays, or plastic cups. Refrigerate until set.

 

Here’s are some color suggestions:

 

Red                   

Orange             

Yellow               

Green                  

Blue                       

Purple                    

 

Vodka seems to taste best with majority of these, but try tequila in the lime for a margarita and rum in the strawberry to make a jiggly little daiquiri!
