Mix Tequila and whiskey on the bottom of a shot glass. Float Irish Cream on top and sprinkle with black pepper--- Bam!

1/8 oz. Irish cream

3/4 oz. Tequila

3/4 oz. Jack Daniels

Black Pepper

 

Prickly Pear

 

1 oz. Chilled Cactus Juice liqueur

1/2 oz. Tequila

 

Pour cactus juice into chilled shot glass. Float tequila on top.

 

Cowboy Killer

 

1-1/4 oz. Tequila

3/4 oz Irish Cream

1/2 oz Butterscotch schnapps

Half and Half

 

Pour tequila, Irish cream, and schnapps into a glass add ice and half and half. Pour into shaker. Shake to mix and pour back into glass.
